While I enjoy all kinds of photography, my heart lies in portraiture and wedding photography. I enjoy observing the subtle nuances in expression, that when captured in a photograph, can reveal a little bit about what makes that person an individual.

I believe that a wedding is an event as unique as the couple planning it. I combine my photojournalism background and my love for portraiture to create wedding photography that truly captures the couple's own style and personality, as well as that of the event. I pride myself in working quietly and unobtrusively to capture all of your most special moments without intrusion. Because I believe that your wedding photographs will be among your most treasured keepsakes, becoming more precious with every passing year, I always take every image with great care and attention to detail.

I have been photographing weddings and creating portraits in Austin for over eight years. I am currently a member of the Professional Photographers of America and the Texas Professional Photographers Association. I have a bachelor's degree in photojournalism from the University of Texas and I strive to continue my education in photography by attending local photography seminars and the Texas School for Professional Photographers.
